The Company was established in 1963 with the basic facility of machinery and old age theory of manufacturing of plastic moulded components.

Since 70's era plastic packaging in Indian market has augmented, accordingly to which the Company has incorporated the advanced production technologies and systems of operations. This gave a dynamic look to the Company as was clearly making its presence stronger by meeting the quality and service expectations of the ever-changing needs of the pharmaceutical and food industries. We were the first Indian company to introduce plastic bottles for liquid and dry syrups in Asia in 1977.

In 2001, the R&D Division of the Company developed its own design for machinery of Injection and Blow Moulding theory. Thus, suiting our requirements, the custom-made machines compliment our planning and organizing to help us serve faster. Further, in-house designing and fabrication of moulds to suit details of each product minimize variations in production.
